Potholes in the parking lot, some large and dangerous!!! Elevator door lacked sensors and posed a risk!!! Shower curtains need better cleaning to ensure hygiene!!! Rooms did not appear as advertised or were not well maintained!!!

the pool was closed during my entire stay and no one thought it woudl ve been a good idea to inform me ahead of time, how inconsiderate! Also, the breakfast area was absolutely filthy, sticky tiles and all, I almost thought I was in a horror movie. I just couldn’t muster up a good review.

the residence inn is in a great spot, close to vista ridge mall. the one-bedroom king suite was spacious and comfortable. every staff member was really accommodating, especially during our bereavement visit, making our time there a bit easier. i also loved the beautiful landscaping outside, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

i would just recommend addressing cleanliness more thoroughly.

I appreciated the spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed, providing a nice separation between the living area and bedroom for privacy. Additionally, the breakfast options were decent, and having a full-size fridge and microwave available in the room made meal prep convenient.

The location is truly convenient, making it easy to find dining options and navigate the area. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to my experience. However, the hotel itself could use a thorough cleaning and some much-needed renovations.

I had a pleasant stay, enjoying the spacious Two-Bedroom Suite, perfect for privacy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even assisting me with extra towels when needed. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring local attractions like Grapevine Lake.
